To update information about your pet via the myVCA app, such as age or breed, please follow the below steps:
- From the app dashboard, select the pet profile of the pet you would like to edit
- Select "Edit Pet" in the upper right corner
- Select field you would like to edit
- Select Save
Note - patient sex, spay/neuter status, weight, and microchip number can only be updated / edited by the hospital directly. If you need to make an update to any of these three areas, please contact your hospital by phone for further assistance.
