The medical record upload feature allows you to share previous medical documents with your VCA hospital.  Once uploaded via the myVCA app, the hospital will receive an email notification that a new document has been shared.

To add a medical document:

  • Navigate to the Pet Profile
  • Select Documents tab
  • Select Upload Medical Record
  • Choose Capture Image or Choose File
    • You must allow camera access if selecting Capture Image
    • Only 1 document can be added per submission
    • File size is limited to 5MB
    • Supported file types are PDF, PNG and JPEG
  • Select Submit

Note - documents shared with your hospital will not be viewable in the myVCA app
