You can remove a pet at your current primary hospital by following these steps:

  1. Select the Pet Profile from the upper right corner

  2. Select the desired pet from the pet carousel

  3. Select Edit Pet from the upper right corner

  4. Select Remove Pet from the upper right corner

  5. Select the reason for why you’re removing your pet

  6. Select Remove Pet at the bottom of the screen

Please note:

  1. Removing a pet via myVCA only applies to the Primary Hospital to which you currently have myVCA set to. If you attend multiple VCAs you’ll need to update your Primary Hospital within the app, and make the change for the hospitals at which the pet is listed on.

  2. Removing a pet is not available if there’s only one pet listed on file.

  3. Removing a pet cancels any associated reminders and upcoming appointments, and the action cannot be undone.

  4. Removing a pet enrolled in CareClub is not available via myVCA, please contact your hospital so they can assist you with removing your pet.
