You can add a new pet at your current primary hospital by following these steps:

1. Select the Pet Profile from the upper right corner

2. Select the Add Pet option from the pet carousel

3. Enter in the required fields:

   1. Name

   2. Species

   3. Sex

   4. Age

4. Select Add from the upper right corner

Please note:

1. Only canines and felines can be added via myVCA, if your pet is another species please contact your hospital so they can assist you with adding your pet.

2. Adding a pet via myVCA only applies to the Primary Hospital to which you currently have myVCA set to. If you attend multiple VCAs you’ll need to update your Primary Hospital within the app, and make the addition for the hospitals at which the pet is missing from.

3. At this time, you must have one active pet on file in order to be able to add a new pet.
