To change your password for logging into the app, please follow the below steps:
- From the app mainscreen / dashboard, select the hamburger menu in the upper left corner
- Select My Account
- "Signed in as:" must reflect an email address. If you see "Signed in as: Google / Apple / Facebook", you are not using an email / password combination for logging in. Please see article "Update Username" if you would like to change your login method.
- Select Change Password
- Enter Current Password
- Enter New Password
- Re-enter New Password to confirm
Note - these instructions are only for occasions where you are able to log in but wish to change your password. If you are having trouble with log in, please select "Forgot Password" on the log in screen
