If you attend multiple VCA hospitals, or if you've moved VCA hospitals and would like to see updated information, you can update your primary hospital by following these steps:
  1. Select the Menu icon from the upper left corner
  2. Select Primary Hospital
  3. Select Change Hospital
  4. Enter either the City & State, Zip Code, or the Hospital's Name
  5. Select the correct option from the populated list
  6. Enter your Address Number (not applicable for P.O. Boxes) and select your Pet's Name from the listed options
  7. Select Done
*Please be sure that your old hospital has sent over your files to your new hospital, and that your new hospital has added you to their system before you attempt the above steps. Updating your primary hospital is only possible if you're already an existing client at your new hospital.*
