You can view Care Instructions that your hospital wrote for your pet right from the app by following these steps:
- Select your Pet’s Profile from the upper right corner
- Select the Documents tab
- Select Care Instructions
- Select the applicable date and then you should be able to view the instructions
*Care Instructions are typically available after a visit, though not all visits will have them. However, not all hospitals have Care Instructions enabled at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience, and request that you contact your hospital directly if you’re unable to view Care Instructions within the app.*
